About the Role:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be a functional expert and partner with stakeholders to manage the entire product lifecycle. You will work closely with customers and prospects to understand their needs and be the advocate for the product. You should have experience as a Product Owner in an agile software product development environment and be able to work with cross-functional teams spread across multiple time zones. Responsibilities:

• Own the product roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders, and be responsible for the entire product lifecycle.
• Define and elaborate on product features, user stories, and business use cases.
• Work closely with customers and prospects to understand their needs and be the advocate for the product.
• Participate in product demos and discussions to enhance the product.
• Manage the implementation process, including designing, executing, and testing product features.
• Partner with design and engineering teams to ensure the success of your product.
• Define and articulate product features’ value.
• Work with stakeholders to groom backlog items and prioritize them.
• Drive the development of your product from inception to acceptance testing, ensuring a compelling customer experience.

Requirements:

• 8+years of experience as a Product Owner.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 2-3 years of Product Owner experience in an agile software product development environment.
• Experience working as a developer building software products is a must.
• Ability to partner with UX to create a compelling customer experience.
• Ability to work with cross-shore Product and Engineering functions spread across multiple time zones from our Pune office.
• Experience with digital products.
• Passion for creating fun, compelling, and addictive user experiences.
• Working knowledge of wire-framing tools like Adobe XD, Figma.
• Detail-oriented and a need to get things done right.
• Experience with project management tools like Jira is a must.
• Understanding of developer productivity metrics is a must.
