Cogniphi is invested by UST ($1.4 Bn tech conglomerate https://www.ust.com/ ) As the Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of software engineers and overseeing the technical aspects of projects to ensure they are delivered within scope, timeline, and budget. You will play a critical role in developing our AI-based products and services, which are designed to drive transformational outcomes for our clients across a range of industries. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the team technically.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle and write code that gives the utmost performance, maintainable, clear, and concise.
  • Build and maintain high-performance, fault-tolerant, and scalable applications/system.
  • Translate business requirements into system design.
  • Review the design, architecture, code, and test cases of the work completed by the team.
  • Effort estimation for the new requirements or any changes required in the product.
  • Developing a framework required for any specific requirements that can support junior developers.
  • Preparing HLD and LLD documents, particularly for complex modules that cannot be handled by junior developers.
  • Ensuring quality deliverables as per expectations with close coordination with the team.
  • Ensuring best engineering practices are followed during development.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints received directly or through the company support organization.
  • Work closely with internal teams like Validation, Implementation, Support, Documentation, Solution team) and external stakeholders (Customer).
  • Contribute to backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and demos.

Requirements

  • Experience in architecture, design, and development on .Net applications.
  • Knowledge of Web Services, socket programming, Microservices.
  • Excellent experience in debugging, problem-solving, and root cause analysis.
  • Experience in writing Junit test cases and performance testing.
  • Previous experience in Maven, Gitlab.
  • Knowledge of AI, ML, BigData, Cloud, Broker Engine, Rule Engine, and Report Builder will be an advantage.
  • Expertise with Map API providers, frameworks, and spatial DB will be an added advantage.
